Integrating Cognitive–Verbal Engagement into Motor-Based Therapy in Autism and ADHD: A Multimodal Perspective I ntroduction Therapeutic interventions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) commonly include motor activities, sensory-based interventions, structured behavioral programs, and skill-building exercises. Motor guidance and repetition remain foundational components of developmental intervention (1,2).
